Upper Body Home Study Courses

This 20-CE hour home study course focuses on headaches, carpal tunnel, shoulder athletic injuries, golfers elbow, and hand and wrist. It covers the nerve roots, peripheral nerves and the muscles of the upper body, and how to treat many different patient complaints. Dr. Uriarte has developed a process to simplify how to determine which treatment to perform on a patient.

The Upper Body Home Study Couurse covers:

• Headaches — This program teaches about the most common headaches, how they are treated through the medical community, and how, after this course, you can get rid of a patient's headache in 3 minutes! (Included in the 20-CE hour upper body course, this program is also approved as an 8-CE hour home study course.)
• Carpal Tunnel — This course teaches how in one to three treatments you can get rid of Carpal Tunnel, Tennis Elbow, Pectoralis Minor Syndrome, Pronator Teres Syndrome, numbness in the thumb, index finger and finger tips, or even pain while turning a doorknob. (Included in the 20-CE hour upper body course, this program is also approved as an 8-CE hour home study course, but only for LMTs.)
• Shoulder Athletic Injuries —This course teaches how you can get rid of shoulder pain, rotator cuff problems, frozen shoulder, anterior scalene syndrome, pain at the deltoid tuberosity, burning in the mid-back, numbness in the shoulder and more within four treatments. (Included in the 20-CE hour upper body course.)
• Golfers Elbow — This course shows you how to fix golfers elbow and improve a golf game in less than three treatments, also pain extending the wrist or fingers, numbness on the medial forearm or pinky. (Included in the 20-CE hour upper body course.)
• Hand and Wrist —This class shows you how to help with numbness in the middle finger and palm, pain or numbness going down the posterior arm, forearm or hand, the feeling of losing your grip, helps with thoracic outlet syndrome, numbness in the upper medial arm, and pain abducting the thumb or fingers and more. (Included in the 20-CE hour upper body course.)

Lower Body Home Study Courses

The lower body class focuses on plantar fasciitis, sciatica, knee/lower leg athletic injury, low back and more. We cover the nerve roots, peripheral nerves and the muscles of the lower body and how to treat these complaints. We also learn the FAST FIVE ways to determine which treatment to do.

The Lower Body Home Study Couurse covers:

• Plantar Fasciitis —This class teaches you how to fix the problems associated with plantar fasciitis within five treatments. Many patients only need one treatment! It also helps with achilles tendonitis, gastrocnemius problems, piriformis trigger points, numbness in the bottom of the foot, lateral side of the foot or over the sacrum, and heel pain. (Included in the 20-CE hour lower body course, this program is also approved as an 8-CE hour home study course.)
• Sciatica —This class teaches you how to get your patients walking and moving pain free from sciatica within a couple of treatments and the results last! Also numbness in the lower lateral leg, top of the foot, helps with unleveled or rotated pelvis and more. (Included in the 20-CE hour lower body course.)
• Knee/Lower Leg Athletic Injury —This class shows you how to get rid of shin splints, pain at the tibial tuberosity, knee pain upon running, numbness in the medial lower leg, knee pain when bending, pain when going up on your toes and more. (Included in the 20-CE hour lower body course.)
• Low Back —This class teaches you how to immediately help with patients who have pain going from sitting to standing, walking up stairs, bending over, lateral bending, numbness in the anterior or lateral hip, groin area, anterior or lateral thigh, over the knee or in the low back. Both home study courses are approved by various states for CE hour credit for Chiropractic, Massage, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers.
